Chayne Thrash is an incoming computer science Ph.D. student at Vanderbilt University, doing research in the Machine Intelligence and Neural Technologies (MINT) Lab under the supervision of Dr. Soheil Kolouri. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, he obtained his B.S. in computer engineering from Mississippi State University in 2017 and his M.S. in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2023. Chayne’s research interests include learning with limited labelled data, domain adaptation and generalization, and continual learning.
Fun Fact: Chayne grew up on a farm with 30,000 chickens!
